The Cluj-Napoca City Hall aims to create a safe and healthy environment for the residents of Cluj-Napoca, supporting actions to enhance traffic safety for children. Through the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan 2021-2030, improving mobility and transportation is a priority for Cluj-Napoca.
The Cluj County Police Inspectorate, through the Crime Analysis and Prevention Office, coordinates, guides, and centralizes activities for crime prevention and promoting citizen safety. Together with the Traffic Service, it supports activities aimed at preventing road accidents throughout Cluj County.

One of the inspectorate's objectives is to establish effective partnerships that impact the educational process and create a safe environment for teachers and students.
InIm Foundation’s mission is to support and enhance the socio-emotional well-being of young individuals and education professionals in Romania and Eastern Europe. Through research and studies, InIm Foundation has developed to date, programs, training courses and events that have reached a number exceeding 50,000 teachers and students who wanted to take the first steps towards integrating well-being into the classrooms of schools in Romania, the need of a safe educational environment being mentioned frequently in our work.
The Department of Public Health, within Babeș-Bolyai University aims to train the new generations of public health professionals through education, research and outreach programs. With more than 50 research projects and institutional capacity-building initiatives in different countries, the Department of Public Health actively participates in improving public health, bringing new research evidence and implementing public health programs. Violence and injury prevention is one of the main research topics our department supports. The research evidence created so far led to a better knowledge of children’s health and safety, existing policies and need for prevention in the field of road traffic safety.
The White Cross Foundation has been the coordinator of the multisectoral initiative to enhance the safety of children and young people in Cluj-Napoca since 2018. The White Cross Foundation is a Romanian organization focused on improving children's essential life skills and the parenting competence of their guardians and caregivers. The Foundation's main activities are centered around safety: children's personal safety skills, safe health choices and practices for children, and children's road safety.

It is a counseling center for selecting suitable baby carriers and car seats for children of all ages. Teri Center provides advice on correctly installing car seats, testing, and fitting them, as well as the option to rent car seats, baby carriers, or strollers.
It is a world designed with future parents in mind, who are about to embark on a magical journey with their little one. At Petit Bebe, IOSH-certified specialists provide counseling and advice on the correct installation of car seats, as well as free installation services, answering any questions related to safely transporting children.
It is a specialized store for children's car seats, where parents and future parents receive guidance to choose the right car seat. The counseling service includes car seat installation, testing with the child, and proper adjustments to ensure the child is completely safe.
It is the technical and strategic partner of this project and contributes to increasing the safety of children in traffic by developing the mobile application and website dedicated to this purpose.

The Global Road Safety Partnership is a non-profit organization that was formed in 1999 in response to global recognition of road crash deaths and injuries as a human-made health crisis. Hosted by the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), we are governed through a constitution approved by a Steering Committee of our members and work in line with the Strategic Plan 2022 to 2030.
