The most vulnerable population when it comes to road safety is children. Each year, more than 700 children under the age of 15 are killed on European roads.

The way children are transported in cars, on public roads, is regulated by the Emergency Ordinance no. 195 / December 12th 2002, with subsequent amendments and additions.
